These templates are meant to be starting points to make things go quicker for you. They also match up to the project plans shared in the Superchargers for Future Fundraising product.
Things in {{ }} are placeholders for you to fill out. Note also that if the emails are sent using mailmerge {{ }} can be a variable filled in by a field in a spreadsheet.
Don’t use this word for word if at all possible. You want it to sound like you so modify it as such. Just don’t add too many more words.
Last quick note: Remember that emails are rarely one and done. The first email just establishes the connection. After that, you have to manage the follow up.
